Most times, those that work very hard are those that enters into problem. If you work very hard with your boss, mistakes are inevitable. The only way to stay away from mistakes is to remain idle of which in itself is dangerous. It pays to remain hard working because it is still better than remaining idle. don't be too scared of giving your all because of mistakes, Just try to be happy knowing that the ends justifies the means.
