Not to lessen the quote, it's a good one, just thought I'd give an alternative

I understand what you mean, somehow they're far more dangerous but only because we let them be that way.If i hear theories about psychopaths, it's that they don't have empathy but i disagree ; I think they have to much of it and people don't have a clue of what empathy actually is..

Not sure how you define empathy then...

Observe a person having a feeling and exactly knowing what he feels and how he's gonna react on it..

Wikipedia definition: Empathy is the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing from within their frame of reference, i.e., the capacity to place oneself in another's position.

The question is, if they understood the pain they were inflicting would they still inflict it?

Their goal is to create that kind of pain that they feel and understand very good in an other living being..if they didn't understand what they were doing it would be hard to understand why they don't waste their time on something else..

Or maybe they feel pleasure from causing pain?
