I really liked the last last line, Let's get busy succeeding, yes that's true, hard work means, the investment of our true time in particular work without fearing of the results, because we can't forsee the results but if you will keep fear of results then you will not able to act on it. So go out and just give a try towards your dream and the process of achieving dreams is not simple as saying, sometimes it takes long time to accomplishment, but your true efforts for your dreams will lot let you down, for example, you love the sunrise and your dream is to capture every sunrise till your life span, for that you have wait until the night span is complete, then you can watch an new sunrise. So at last i want say that, hard work can't be cheated, it's just developed by the individuals.

I can relate to this Quote .. Actually everyone can. In order to achieve success, you must work hard for it. I think no one has ever achieve success without working hard for it.
What if you work hard but failed? To my understanding failure is only part of the job. If you fail then learn from it and "Keep Moving Forward". All of this is part of your labor until you gain success.
