Quote of the Day #272: Silence Isn't Empty, It's Full Of Answers! 🙌

in quoteoftheday •  7 years ago

Enjoy the silence!

It is pretty easy to mistake the silence for being empty and lacking any true substance. When things are quiet, when things are relaxed and when they are serene, our minds can play tricks on us and make us believe we need to seek out sources outside of ourselves for diversion, distractions and answers.

The chaos that surrounds us and the silence that soothes us, are the opposite sides of the same coin. The silence can answer the deepest of questions because it allows us to go into our minds and deep dive into what it is we are seeking. The quiet and the silence of exploring our own thoughts is where the mysteries and revelations of our universe are accessed.

The answers that we are always on the lookout for do not come from outside, they come from within. Only when we are availed the opportunity to delve into this realm of magnificence, will we come up with solutions that had evaded us, we will grasp concepts that were once abstract and we will be at peace with ourselves which carries over by default to the world around us.

A mind in silence is thousand times better than a mind in chaos.

To achieve anything, we need to have that silence and then think what we want and what we need to do.

Quite a good post to read.

Thank you @looftee, I appreciate that.

welcome.

Silence is the language of the mind

very good post very true birds we have to find our inner self to confront the fears and confusions of our mind, greetings from VENEZUELA 💛

for starting with a meditation your body and your thoughts have to be in silence first, after that you will be open for the answers.. For every question there is already an answer, meditation is a way to find these answers.
Best regards and a wonderful day
