There was a time I started Muscle building with Dumb-bells. I was very zealous the first few days that a day will not pass me by without training and hitting 150 press-ups. Within 3 weeks, I felt I have done enough. But I never saw the changes I was eagerly waiting for in my body. I felt discouraged and discontinued it.
Will the muscles tone up on their own?
Have I achieved why I started it?
##NO.
