I love this quote from Martin Luther King Jr.
It's rather simple but powerful at the same time, and reminds us that no matter how tough life can get you just got to keep on moving forward.
Push through what ever is holding you back.
It may be depression, it may be anxiety, it may be fear or a million other things for that matter.
The point is that there is always something to hold you back, wether you let it or not is up to you.
