Be fit Or be Dead #13

The new month of struggle begins with a different type of physical exercise.

In August we have a lot of concerts to play, so it's time to prepare for these concerts.

I turned the orbitrec into a drum kit.

As you can see below, the effort is not as intense as on orbitrec.

The heart rate graph is very irregular, because the tracks vary rhythmically, they have different tempo.
In addition, there are a lot of details to talk between playing songs. When I play drums, I do not focus on the work of my heart. I throw this chart as a curiosity. For comparison with previous charts from orbitrec exercises.

The most important information for me from yesterday is the amount of calories burned. In this topic the result is very nice.
The Endomondo app calculated 1459 burnt calories :)

We did not play together for several months, so our meeting lasted for a very long time. We usually play two hours, this time we needed almost four hours.

My effort was not as intense as usual, but it was long-lasting. In addition, the room temperature (as well as outside) was high (around 26-30 degrees Celsius), so during these nearly four hours I drank nearly four liters of water.

I am curious about your opinion - is it better using orbitrec for an hour (for weight loss / fat burning) with high heart rate, or just as good effect, for example, will bring a long-lasting effort of less intensity (such as playing drums)?
