What, or maybe I should say who, is a “Shooting Star”?

Let me explain... In @qurator's continued dedication on showcasing its members we recently started a weekly feature called the Shining Qurite , where we feature a few recent quality posts from one of our selected members who show exemplary commitment to the platform, engages with other steemians and shares valuable and extraordinary posts to the community.

Featheredfriday. Black-necked swan. / Черношейный лебедь.

In the Moscow Zoo has long been kept a flock of black-necked swans. And, as seen in this photo, they successfully multiply.

Thursday is Butterfly Day Giveaway: Week 7. The second butterfly of this spring. / Вторая бабочка этой весны.

This April I already showed the Small tortoiseshell (Aglais urticae). And recently I saw another very beautiful and common butterfly in our places - the European peacock (Aglais io). With the Small tortoiseshell, these are related species.

Qurator's Photo Friday. Spring pictures. The grass is green, the sun shines. / Весенние картинки. Травка зеленеет, солнышко блестит.

April is mostly sunny and truly spring month. The tender grass of that very juicy spring green color appeared on the lawns, which will change in a few weeks, it will not become so bright and joyful.

The Shooting Star Wall of Fame

Since we will be featuring a Shooting Star each week we are going to start the Shooting Star Wall of Fame where all the featured members will be placed. We think this will be a great place for new steemians to find great authors who are also starting their awesome steemit adventures.
