Homemade Gelatin Dessert- Recipe With Photos

The idea and the recipe of this dessert came up by chance. I cooked blackberry pie from cookie dough and whipped cream. It was my first try of new recipe, I couldn't recalculate amount of jelatin for my measurement, and it failed.
But the outcome gave me an idea for the dessert that now is one of the most favorite in my family

I can see why this has become a family favorite! @zirochka used cherries from her mom's cherry tree to make natural cherry juice; then she turned that juice into a jelly! Come see how she did that!

My Weekly Monday Fine Dining Experience

Today i go to Tunku Abdul Rahman College University to go to "The Root" restaurant to have my lunch... It is run by Diploma students studying Hospitality Management and this is part of their coursework... They only serve lunch on weekday normally. I remember unless got some special occasion only than it will open on weekend. Do come visit them if you are nearby
For Appetizer they are serving Cheese Potato Gnocchi with Pesto Sauce

@hooiyewlim started with this appetizer of cheese potato gnocchi and continued with the menu of roast duck with orange sauce then had a cherry clafoutis with mango ice cream. YES! Sounds like the perfect way to enjoy fine dining.

Fruits And Veggies Monday- Broccoli Salad & Pineapple Tofu Bowl With Coconut Black Rice

This week I definitely got a bit of an assist from my dear @dksart. I had to work Saturday morning earlier than usual, so he got up and went to the farmers market for me. I don't mind getting some staples from the grocery store, but while the market is in full swing I don't want to miss it. He did a fantastic job picking up some goodies in my stead

Featured cheesecake flavors in my photo (from top, going clockwise) Chocolate Supreme, New York, and Turtle... Which slice of cheesecake would you pick?
I don't eat a lot of sweets but when I do it's definitely all about chocolate!

@ninahaskin is celebrating her mom's 77th birthday and look what they had for dessert! Cheesecake! Not just one cheesecake either! They had three varieties- all chocolate!
