Welcome to the 470th SPECIAL @goldendawne's Daily Edition of the Daily Qurator. Below you will find some awesome members of @qurator that worked hard to post some good quality content for all you awesome Steemians to enjoy!

Today, and this special edition of the Daily Qurator, marks the 400th newsletter I have typed up; and to celebrate this milestone I want to give a huge shout-out not only to the Qurator staff, but to all the Qurites who have been on the platform. You have all given me hundreds and thousands of posts to read, images to admire and a greater skill when I do curating on steemit. The last 400 days have been a whirlwind of activity in the Qurator realm. You have taught me topics I never knew about before. You have shared bits and pieces of your lives with me. You have taken me to faraway places I never would have known about or seen in my lifetime. So THANK YOU for letting me into your worlds.

So today I want to share with you five Qurites that I have followed since they arrived on the platform, produce exceptional quality posts and images and have always been my secret guilty pleasures to read. I have MANY Qurites that fall into this category and perhaps I'll do more of these special editions of the Daily Qurator and share more of my favorites. But for now... ENJOY! So without further ado,in no particular order, I present my First Five Favorite Qurites!

And so it's Christmas Eve - a starry starry night here at home, the gifts are all packed, the roast's in the oven and the trifle all done!
While all this was happening, I still had one last sandwich to make before closing time. The son's girlfriend came down for a blitz visit last week and brought us a very special gift - a large trout caught on their recent breakaway

Why is @lizelle here? Well... let me tell you. This woman is amazing! I mean, have you seen her page? Have you seen her food creations? The culinary competitions she participates in? She is just someone that if I ever could become famous, I would want her for my own personal chef, cook and baker. SIMPLY AMAZING!

Just a quick Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it. Here's a few Christmas scenes that I have shot over the years in Downtown Truckee, California. Truckee is the perfect little Christmas town, especially when it snows

Oh I swear some day... YES! Some day I will seek out this magical little town that @scottshots calls home. Tucked away in the mountains and valleys somewhere thousands of miles from where I reside. This stunning town and its Main Street are so mesmerizing and make me feel as though we've taken a step back in time.

Pine trees are becoming a wintertime favorite in both our kitchen and home Apothecary.
When the snow blankets the land, it buries many of the common herbs and plants that we tend to rely on. On these wintry day's we find ourselves looking up to the majestic trees that tower above us. When looking to nature for healing and skin care, trees are incredible allies that should not be overlooked

Oh now... I have to take a moment and let you all in on a little secret about @walkerland... I have had a secret crush on her (Charlotte) ever since she first stepped into the steemit world. She, as she refers to herself,is a kitchen witch and homesteader who can create ANYTHING... and I mean, anything from her property and the woods surrounding her Canadian homestead. Some day I wish to be just like her.

Ok... @tattoodjay is a Qurite that I consider to be my own personal tour guide. Whether it's the sights of Main Street in his hometown of Milford or the lights, glitz and glamour of New York City and Manhattan. @tattoodjay has taken me places I've never visited before and I always leave the guided tour with a smile upon my face. Thank you for that!

Return from Holiday
Just got in at 2 am from visiting my sis and her family near some mountains in Colorado and @birdsinparadise and my dad were there too! Conked out after we got in and woke up to a balmy 45 degree temp so I decided to take a walk in the garden

Oh goodness! Where to begin with the husband and wife duo known as @mountainjewel. They are the two people you would want to turn to in the event of needing some gardening, homesteading and natural medicine knowledge. They live on their homestead and have created a haven of nature, love and sharing.

Steemauto Curation Trail

	The new curation trail is active and running! If you would like to support your fellow Qurites or just earn some extra curation feel free to join our curation trail that is active on Steemauto. Steemauto guide and registration info

We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.

Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprise for a lucky trailer. =P
