Eggplant Cheese Appetizer

Quarator Tasty Tuesday Creative Foodie Competition

This is a very tasty appetizer in the Japanese Restaurant I went to not too long ago.

I like the way they put the eggplants.

The cheese and the orange flakes on the cheese make the appetizer even more inviting.

When food are placed in front of you with the right color and placement, it whets your appetite that you want to take a bite of it right away.
