Hello friends of this community "Steemit" The @qurator contest every Tuesday, these are photographs of very tasty meals..

Today I present this very special dish in my state for being a coastal area. Pasta with squid (Prawns and Lurias) accompanied with fried bananas, potatoes, garlic bread and garlic and orange juice, a dish with a high protein value necessary for complete muscle development and rich in vitamins and minerals.
