The roscón de Roscón de Reyes, a rich sweet that becomes the undisputed protagonist of each January 6 of the Three Kings Day.
It is prepared with flour, yeast, milk, eggs, water, margarine, sugar and salt you can also add other ingredients, such as sweet anise or any flavoring, to taste.
It is decorated with slices of candied fruit of various colors icing sugar and rolled almonds. This candy represents the crown of the Holy Kings that symbolizes Peace, Love and Happiness.
