Police arrested Rakis Hossain, a 19-year-old accused in a murder case after rape of a 10th grade student in Madilla village under Bagmara upazila of Rajshahi.

The girl named after the rape was Mabiyam Sultana She was the daughter of Shiuli Khatun of Madilla village and Syed Moyez Uddin was 10th grade student of Girls High School.
Bagmara Police Station Officer-in-Charge Nasim Ahmed said the family members were not at home on January 22. At this opportunity, the sultan was picked up and raped by Islam Hossain and Rakiz Hossain by rape in a nearby area. After rape, he was slit in his throat.
Later, the body took the motorcycle to a village doctor and left the body and left Islam and Rakis. Police recovered the body after receiving the news. The victim's mother filed a case with Bagmara Police Station on Jan 23, on Tuesday. After that the police arrested Rakiza after the operation. He said the operation was being carried out to arrest another accused.
