First, tell me what your definition of “racist” is:
If it’s hate crimes, blacks commit the highest rate

If it’s interracial attacks, blacks commit the majority

If it’s seeing your skin color as your primary identity, blacks do the most

If it’s membership in hate groups, blacks are at the highest rate

If it’s rating another race much lower than yours, blacks do the most towards whites

If it’s being against interracial couples, blacks are the most, whites the least

If it’s committing acts of domestic terrorism, blacks are the most culpable

In the US, Black people simply are more “racist” in certain aspects than Whites and Hispanics. The reasons for this are actually secondary, because the major problem is the fact these stats get swept under the rug or dismissed entirely, instead of highlighted as they would be if it were White people.
