I just passed my Real estate exam 2 weeks ago. After studying since May while working full-time, my hard work and effort finally paid off. I am so grateful that š I passed it on my first try. I joined several groups in Facebook with folks who were studying and some already took the exam but failed. There was one individual that stood out for me. He posted that he failed 9 times and finally passed on his 10th. That is definitely grit and perseverance to the max. I applauded him for that quality. Never surrender attitude. In this new journey, I will take the lesson from that guy. If I fail in some area, I will pick up myself and go at it again.
