The purpose of the joint venture Is the following: to redevelop the Eagle Eye Radio Mobile Application with advanced features; Pure Digital Technology, a subsidiary of Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC), will utilize its open source broadcasting platform for the LIVE and prerecorded audio broadcast for the Michigan Post Game Show, by The Blue Print; Pure Digital will begin planning for the integration of a LIVE video component which will have pay-per-view features that can be enabled; Eagle Eye will allocate premium audio/video/banner of advertising space before/during/after events on the Eagle Eye Radio Broadcast with Hall Sales & Marketing Consulting providing celebrity power promotion for the marketing/promotion of the Blue Print Brand.

Eagle Eye Media LLC is a full service production house that shoots, edits, produces state-of-the-art content for clients. By taking visions and bringing them into fruition, Eagle Eye also produces exclusive content and video blogs for Michigan Football called "The Blue Print Michigan" that includes an online radio station called Eagle Eye Radio.

Hall Sales and Marketing Consulting leverages a unique mix of visionary, strategic, creative, technical, sales, operations and analytical expertise, consistently exceeding sales and performance goals by aligning staff talents and effort with organizational objectives. Hall provides a full service PR and marketing services, with clients in the entertainment, sports, fashion & beauty, and corporate sectors. Though it attracts a broad range of clients from a variety of celebrity star power, it specializes in product marketing. It also promotes and markets clothing and other products under the Blue Print Brand. Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC) will issue convertible notes to both parties and will receive an 18% non-dilutable ownership of the Blue Print Brand as well as a 33% non-dilutable ownership of the Eagle Eye Mobile Radio Application. Any and all revenue accruing to the Joint Venture shall be distributed in the percentage of 40/30/30 to Eagle Eye/Hall Sales /Eagle Oil respectively.
