Bloomberg Radio belongs to Bloomberg L.P which is a popular radio service. It presents global business news shows around the clock. The format of Bloomberg is general and financial news which include national, local and international news as well s interviews with executives, financial market updates, and industry and economists analysts. Except for official hours, local channel can also offer local game sports like tennis, basketball, and others such sports. Bloomberg bought its first radio channel called WBBR (currently known as WNEW) for 13.5 million dollars in 1992.

It signed a same contract for WNEW-FM on 21 December 2015; WNEW-FM was the first radio channel from CBS Radio. The calls of WNEW-FM were transformed into WDCH-FM. On 4 July 2017, the shows were shifted to WRCA in Boston which is managed by Beasley Media Group; it got a WNBP 1450 AM for the WRCA in Newburyport in the same year. On March 1, 2018, the LMA with WXKS was outdated.

The original news format of Bloomberg Radio is classified into 6 ten-minute chapters, all those ten-minute chapters contain headlines, financial market updates, sports, weather, traffic updates, general updates about cultural events and articles that attract the attention of people.
