Why Was Rakul Replaced In These Telugu Projects?

After the flop show of "Spyder" in Telugu and Tamil, hero Mahesh Babu is busy with his next flick while director AR Murugadoss also started the shoot of his next Tamil movie. But heroine Rakul Preet hasn't signed any Telugu movie and that's a big surprise.

Despite the fact that Rakul wants to select her projects little carefully from now, a star heroine of her choice should easily get many offers. Recently when news broke out that a lady director is going to direct Naga Chaitanya and Rakul, the Akkineni star himself condemned it.

And then we earlier heard that director Sriram Aditya's multi-starrer with Nagarjuna and Nani also contemplated to rope in this Punjabi siren as the leading lady. But in the end, Shraddha Srinath was roped in to romance Nag, while newcomer model Malavika Sharma will sing and dance with Nani. How did Rakul miss the chance?

Another couple of films including Ram's upcoming project and Raviteja's next with Sreenu Vaitla also got Rakul's name all over but finally, they opted for other heroines. Why is this hottie getting replaced in many Telugu projects now? What's the reason? Only time has the answer.
