The benefits of dates in #Ramadan

The month of Ramadan is going on.
During this time the demand for dates increased a lot. Almost all of you break your fast with dates. So today I will let you know the various qualities of dates, as well as the importance of eating dates in Iftar.

In the month of Ramadan, you all eat more fried food. There is a possibility of getting fat. But dates do not contain any cholesterol and excess fat. Multiple components of dates help in easy digestion of food and prevent constipation. At the same time, it will keep the body dehydrated by preventing dehydration.

Glucose deficiency occurs in the body as a result of not eating all day. And dates help to keep the amount of glucose right by filling that deficit. There are so many nutrients in dates that it cannot be explained. Therefore, it can be said that dates are an ideal food.

Many people suffer from hunger during fasting. But in Sehri, two to three dates will keep the stomach full for a long time. Dates stimulate the stomach to eat less.

So those who are avoiding dates in Iftar, start eating dates today.
