Pretty sure i reached a point where writing a Steemit post has become part of my daily routine.

Today i brought up the blog i used to write for, before i started writing on this account, and i read some of my early stuff i written a year ago.. Aside the fact i was acting smart while having the most basic of knowledge about the things i was saying, reading the post i remembered how hard of a time i had writing a short 1000 word post.

Sure... English is my second language and i could give excuses all day long, but when i started up, even if id written in Croatian i know i would have a hard time creating anything of "value".

It happens over time. You dont even notice it. But eventually you go from spending hours looking at the screen writing a simple post, to spending 10-15 minutes doing the exact same thing.

Even this post im writing now, i wont spend more then 10-15 minutes on. Its hard to explain, but it feels like i have developed this skill of connecting my thoughts into a easily flowing whole.
Im not saying im good at writing Not at all.... Im saying that i can go from point A to point B fairly easily.. Far more easily then i used to be able to.
And im sure folks that have written hundreds of thousands lines of text like i have feel the same way..

Its a change, an improvement that is so gradual that there is no way for you to notice it happening... Yet, in retrospect you see the change clearly.

I often wonder how that happened..

If practice makes perfect, why am i still a shitty lover?

Hahaha... Always expect a bad joke.

But really.... Writing these posts has become a part of my day like having that glass of wine after dinner. (#Jure, #Dalmacijavino)
We are just creatures of habit.... We do deeds until we decide that we no longer want to deed....
What??

Keep on Steeming and dont do drugs kids. Weed is whack and SMOKE will go up in smoke.

Hajduk, Steem i nitko više.

Oh that's good to know then. Writing online also imprved my writing but I don't do it daily anymore.

I guess I should talk to more people in real life too so I will be better at conversing with others instead of just writing online like I usually do. After reading your post, I realize perhaps that's my next step. 😊

Hehe. Well we should all probably interact a bit more. But it really does seem that writing blogs like this helps you be a better writer. Improving ourselves is always a positive thing.

This happen to me too, since i joined steemit it become like a daily routine, i stopped my blogging activity only when i had health problems and i missed blogging here a lot ^^

I mean... I always say its about having fun. Most of the folks probably wont ever earn anything (Outside what we invested) so i just look at what i do as being fun.... I have fun reading what i write :)
....which is the reason it is a part of my routine even when i dont have something "profound" to say. :)

i have developed this skill of connecting my thoughts into a easily flowing whole.

I'm getting better at this, but this is one of the reasons why I wanted to start blogging was to get better at writing and easily putting my thoughts into words on "paper".

It's a slow process and may never be able to master the craft, but hope to develop my skill slowly day by day.

It is a very slow process and i didnt even notice it until i looked back a year. But it does happen and im sure youll develop your skill over time.
