Random Act Of Kindness (CHALLENGE)

I am a student Social Work and during a lesson of Psychology we had a guest speaker that was talking about the psychology of being happy. He basically spoke about what makes humans happy and what you can do to make yourself happier.
In this speech he mentioned that doing a random act of kindness does not only help other people but it will make yourself feel better as well.

I am really inspired by this random act of kindness and I want to start implementing it into my life. I also want to challenge the Steemit community to join me in this challenge and blog about it under the tag randomactofkindness . It does not have to be a big thing that you do for someone. It can be as simple as helping a lady cross the road or maybe just open a door for someone. Help me spreading postivity in the world and join me.
