Uh oh. Here's why you got on cheetahs black list. I looked back through your blog and it seems you made some rookie mistakes that made your account look like a spammer.
To get off the blacklist go to steemit.chat and find the channel #steemitabuse-appeals. Send a message and let them know you are a real person.
I'm not sure what your original post looked like that got you on the list because you edited it. But whatever it was, don't do that again. 😁
Also, don't comment to people telling them to upvote or follow you, it's a no no here.

Yeah, it should be fine. Cheetah will keep downvoting you, but once you get a new account that will be solved. Any payouts you get between now and when you get the new account, keep it in sbd or steem so you can transfer it to your new account. Don't power up any of it. 😀
