True, I'm always a little hesitant on providing feedback because I never know how someone might react. You know like "who's this guy trying to give me feedback!?" lol

    It is all about how you write it I feel. But even if they don't like my feedback, I keep it moving, but I definitely try to point out the good and highlight one main weakness they can improve on if I can slide it in the compliments. We all can improve. I know my flaws and sharpen at them to get closer to perfection
