Guards Rape Inmate at Arizona Prison - Feds Claim No Responsibility!

Prison guards rape a woman while she is serving time in prison. The victim was serving time for a marijuana conviction (a victimless crime) at the time. She was repeatedly raped by both guards over a period of months.

Both guards were eventually convicted of rape and served time in prison for their crimes. The victim is trying to sue the prison for what happened, but the Feds are trying to claim they had no responsibility for the guards that worked at the prison.

A lawsuit is still pending in this matter.
