i suggest you to make changes to this post.

first of all there wasnt Russian soldiers during or after ww2, there was Red Army of Soviet union. And these are not their uniforms.

second, this picture is from collection of Yad Vashem photo archive, item 20850

it shows French resistance soldiers abusing a woman who collaborated with Germans

also, add source when you are using photos from internet.
