First Friday of Every Month features an All-Ages Concert at New England's premier concert club, The C-Note, on Nantasket Beach in Hull, Massachusetts.
This event features Hull High School Music Department's musicians who perform in varying form, either as a big band, duets or solo. It's a true treat to see these young musicians performing at the very beginning of their careers. Following Hull High's performance we usually feature middle school-aged or high school-aged rock n' roll bands and we always close the night with a professional ex-Boston Kenmore Square Rat Club band.
Every month is unique and worth the price of the donation at the door. Proceeds for the monthly shows are half-earmarked for the high school music department with the remainder split between the elder musicians or providing the stage backline equipment to support the show.
If you like to have fun by viewing live musical performance, if you appreciate original musical performance and if you wish to help support your local musicians, the C-Note on the first Friday of the month is the place to be -- please join us! Satisfaction guaranteed!
