This was my first sugar free and raw recipe. In fact, this was one of my first recipe ever. It's super simple, super decadent and a nice treat for kids and parents :).
Ingredients
For the crust
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
4 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the filling
2 riped avocados
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Grind the almonds and the cashews in the blender. Add the coconut oil, the maple syrup and the vanilla and mix together to get a dough ball. Pour the mixture in muffin of cupcake molds and put in the fridge for about one hour.
In the blender pour together the avocados, the vanilla, the cocoa powder, the maple syrup and the honey then mix. Add some water if it's too thick.
When your tartlets are firm, add a spoon of pudding and a slice of strawberries or any fruit you like on the top and enjoy!
