Italian sausage with pepper and onion, seasoned with love...#RayMackStyle
Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions
Ingredients:
1 rope or 6 links sweet Italian sausage
3 tablespoons butter
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 bottle of your favorite beer
Directions:
Melt butter, Saute your onions and peppers, galic for 3 minutes. Add the rest of Ingredients except for the Italian sausage. Continue to cook and stir until peppers and onions are tender. Prepare your charcoal grill for direct grilling, Place your Italian sausage directly over the hot charcoal, And cook for 2 minutes per side. Place sausage into the skillet with the vegetables. Place over the hot coals and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes, or until sausage is heated through.
