Runner's Diet. (Not recommend)
calories in = calories out
Simple acitivities such as taking the stairs once a day for 5 minutes = a 25 minute workout a week.
Start slow when starting to run/exercise again, otherwise you will quit when you don't accomplish what you used to be able to do.

You are a badass (recommend last half of the book)
Flip your fears: scared of moving to a new city and not knowing anyone? Flip it to: scared of missing out on all the experiences that I would not get without moving. “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent” Elenor Roosevelt. “Deciding is freedom. Indecision is torture”. Face your problems right away instead of waiting.
Take a breathe throughout your day even as you deal with difficult problems or people. Give yourself some recovery.

Time and Money (recommend last half of the book)
Time flies when life is repetitive, challenging yourself to do something different will give you your time back
simplify your life so you have less responsibilities. Then live life like a child playing in a park, full of joy and living in the present because you don't have to worry about the past or future.
save money for financial freedom. As a result, you can want to work instead of need to work
