Hp in which there is the Qur'an, both writing and recording, not the same as the law of manuscripts. It is allowed to touch it without washing. Permitted to enter the bathroom with him. That's because the writing of the Qur'an in Hp is not like the writing in the Mushaf. It is a wave that is shown to be lost, not a fixed letter. While in hp there are found (program) Al-Qur'an and (other programs).

Sheikh Abdurrahman bin Nasir Al-Barrak was asked, "What is the law of reciting the Quran from the hp device without being washed?"

So he hafizahullah replied, "All praise belongs to Allah alone, salutation and greetings may be delegated to the Prophet who did not exist afterwards. Amma ba'du,

It is known that reciting the Qur'an by rote is not required to wash from small hadats even from the great hadats. But it is holy when reciting the Qur'an even though the recitation is more important. For it is the kalamullah which among his tributes is not to read it but in holy conditions. While reading it from the Mushaf, it is required to wash when touching it in general. Based on the famous hadith, "It is not permissible to touch the Qur'an except in holy conditions" and based on the existing atsar of the companions and the tabiins. This includes the opinion of the majority of scholars, ie it is forbidden to touch the manuscripts for the righteous, whether to read or the other.

From this it is clear that the hp and equipment semisalnya in which recorded the Qur'an is not like the law of manuscripts. Because the letters of Al-Qur'an contained in this equipment is different from the existence of letters in the Mushaf. Then the properties it reads do not exist, there is a wave nature consisting of letters with their drawings when requested. It will be visible on the screen and will be lost when moved to another.
