Real Estate for Cryptocurrency

we are putting together a project for real estate sellers interested in accepting cryptocurrency in lieu of cash. seems like a good concept as this would prevent dumping crypto for cash and moving the market price downward. Would like to get thoughts from the Steemit players..?
