Two simple actions to stop Chinese corruption money into real estate in any country!!

  1. No foreigners is allowed to buy land with or without house on it.
  2. High tax on luxury condos purchased by foreigners.
  3. Foreigners are not allowed to purchase low to mid price condos.

Many countries in Asia implement these rules to protect their locals so they can afford to buy. Duh!
