I'll be honest, I don't think this house was worth buying $301K for because it needs a lot of updating and modernizing. Especially if you want to sell this house for $415K+. As a buyer, I don't think it is worth buying $415K for that size of a house, unless you modernize it a lot. But, who knows, maybe I shouldn't speak to soon on the skill and vision you have on this flip. Other than that, I wish you good luck and I hope you really suprise on this.
