I have 150 podcast epsiodes I have completed. The podcasts are mostly about real estate and my business. I decided this month to stop doing the podcast. It was fairly popular and I met a lot of cool people on the show, but it was not fun for me. It was a pain scheduling people and having a something I had to do every week.
It was a tough desicion to stop, but the last three weeks have been amazing without having to do the podcast. I did not realize how many hours it took up scheduling people, recording, and posting the podcast. I have a lot going on with my flips, the blog, my new real estate office and my rentals. There are only so many things I can do. By eliminating one of the things that was the least enjoyable it made my life better.
I may start it up again at some point, but I have no idea when that will be. I will continue to write on the blog, and here, but no more podcasts.

Could be great source of lead generation, brand reputation, and keep your realty's name out there. I'm sure you have thought thru all angles but brainstorming never hurts.

I took a break from mine several years ago. I getting ready to start back up. But I'm thinking about a different topic. So I'm left with the question of what to do with close to 55 episodes of the old one?
They are no longer on line but I have them all on a hard drive. I'm thinking about using bits and pieces as filler. Or I can re-post them on D.Tube for the community to enjoy.
