We just bought this property from the MLS (multiple listing service) where most houses are listed in the US. The property was listed for $280,000 and we ended up getting it for $210,000! The property is mixed-use which means it has commercial and residential sections that can be rented separately or together. Mixed-use properties are a little harder to finance with banks than straight residential. We think we can rent this property for $3,000 a month after a little bit of fix-up and we may already have a tenant lined up.
