REVIEW: Signature Properties of New England

As you may have known from my recent DPoll post, I am currently shopping around for some property to call my abode. Unfortunately I just had a bad experience with a potential property, due to some poor integrity on the seller's agent side.
I believe HIVE has major potential as a censorship-resistant review platform, so I've decided to leave a review of my experience here (since I'm also posting it to traditional review platforms).
This review is for Annemarie Bellenoit, a Real-Estate Agent at Signature Properties of New England. She represented the seller.
I was the potential buyer on a piece of property, and was interested for the past 5 months. I made an offer for 160k, but the buyer held firm at 180k. Eventually the house was taken off the market. I was a bit sad. A couple months later I received a message that the house was going to be listed again, but they wanted to see if I was still interested. I said yes, and asked if they would meet my 160k offer. They said no, but would be willing to meet at 165k. We made a verbal agreement at 165k and I began working on the paperwork, but in that time (not even 3 hours) Annemarie went on to list the house on the market again to field more offers. I may be a first time home buyer, but I’m not new enough to realize this was an absolute sleezy move. Very unprofessional. In the end, they took a different offer and that is the end of the pursuit. I highly recommend you avoid Annemarie Bellenoit and Signature Properties of New England when looking for property.
