I have done some analysis in this field.
Why do i say, dont invest in real-estate or even if you want to invest, do it for your own use rather than expecting it to give you some return in some time.
Our world's birth rate is on decline versus death rate which is on the rise.
More digitisation means more jobs will be created where remote work is required. People will not move out of their own location and rush to bigger cities for jobs.
Web 3.0 and 4th industrial revolution is coming, which means lesser jobs and increase in automation & robotics.
Less control over your money with the introduction of central banking digital currencies.
So assuming all these factors in time will create void in the real estate market and will increase our dependence on governments and private companies.
It's good if you own an acre of land to grow your own food and create less dependence, create your own electricity and be less dependent on the private companies.....etc
