Wooooo!!!!! So we didn't end up buying your way ;) but it's not too shabby is it? I'm glad it fit the picture in your mind, it fit mine too and I'm hoping that's another confirmation that this is it. Next 10 days is going to drag on... I wonder if we can put in the deposit once inspections are cleared even though the 10 day cool down isn't done yet.
