Recently I purchased a home in Chicago for a whopping $140,000. I renovated it in about 45 days which ran me about $15,000 with material and labor. I sold the property right after for $235,000. It was only on the market for few days. That's a $80,000 dollar pay day which only took me about 3 months to assume. It's very easy to do, I'm only 21 years old and only used $20,000 dollars of my own money, the rest was investors I meet through a online website. If I can do it anyone can!
