The #1 Builder in terms of closings is DR Horton. Other popular local builders who have made the list is Mungo Homes at #35. Great Southern Homes at #68 and Essex was lower on the list at #72.

We are seeing lots of these subdivisions selling well in the local area (Mungo, Essex, DR Horton, and Great Southern Homes). Smaller builders are doing very well also.
