I'm pretty sure that I'm one of the first official users of Steemit. Unfortunately, I have never been into blogging before so I have not yet done anything on here to even earn a dime. Most of my time is invested into the real estate market of the greater Chicago area. With that said, however, I'm also quite certain that the greatest investment opportunity before us all is crypto - even far more than real estate.
What I'm curious to know, however, is if everyone on Steemit is ONLY interested in crypto or if there really could also be a genuine interest in real estate investing. While crypto is powerfull, diversification into real estate also should not be neglected in my opinion. If there is interest, I can post more about how to utilize BOTH crypto AND real estate investments in preparing for your future. I could create videos and blogs and vlogs detailing the Chicago market, teaching how to put together a master listing presentation and capitalize on good buyer leads - as well as do detailed training on programs like Docusign, DTR, Dotloop, the MLS and many other helpful programs. I can show you how to be successful in real estate without being reliant on Zillow or other third party companies that just want to suck the cash out of you for less than stellar leads. I am not just a real estate agent but I also run multiple offices with far over 100 successful agents. I have a lot I could share to people interested in the business.
