I have never smacked my kids – I don't need to, they know when I'm serious. I was smacked as a child, but I have absolutely NO hard feelings towards my mum, she loved me dearly and it was just a different time. Hurt can be inflicted physically or emotionally, on anyone – as a species we need to learn kindness above everything else image
