Beyond reason: Can you fathom the mysteries of God? Can you probe the limits of the Almighty?

The designs of God are inscrutable explains the book of Job. Many times the humanity with his arrogance and pride tries to reduce the entire understanding of the universe to human reason, but there are things that are beyond reason and can only be understood with grace. Many things are hidden from the perception of man's intelligence and it is up to God to reveal those mysteries, this is what the Bible constantly teaches us and the book of Job is no exception. God and his intelligence are beyond the comprehension of man, this is how Job describes God: "His wisdom is profound, his power is vast" Job 9:4.
Job is not a strange person in the Bible, Job in a certain sense personifies the people of Israel. Like Job, the people of Israel had to go through great hardship and suffering at the hands of the Assyrians and Babylonians. The work of the prophets often consisted of trying to respond to these facts. Job teaches us how we should proceed when God's silence occurs in the face of suffering.
But we have to understand that there is something more, we must be people prepared for everything in life, because it is also true a famous quote: "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens" Ecclesiastes 3:1. In other words, if we happily accept the good things in life, we also have to have the psychological strength to face the bad things, and have the ability to transform that evil into an opportunity to do good. The Bible teaches us that God's mercy may take time but it always comes.
Zophar is one of Job's friends, and in one of his speeches he explains to Job that we cannot judge God, the Lord is the most perfect and wisest, and everything is submitted to his eternal judgment:
"Can you fathom the mysteries of God?
Can you probe the limits of the Almighty?
They are higher than the heavens above—what can you do?
They are deeper than the depths below—what can you know?
Their measure is longer than the earth
and wider than the sea" Job 11:7-9.
