Age 6-12 months

This baby feeding recipe has an important role in baby's brain growth. Melon, especially orange flesh, contains antioxidant beta-carotene useful to protect the child's brain. In the melon contained also vitamin C, folic acid, and vitamin B6 in large quantities. Vitamin C is useful as an antioxidant while folic acid plays an important role in brain growth of children. Meanwhile, vitamin B6 can help the enzyme work in protein metabolism.

material

  • 3 pieces of fresh bread, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of advanced formula according to age, dissolve with 200 ml of lukewarm water.
  • 50 grams of melon, grated
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese

How to make

  1. Flush pieces of loaves of bread with warm milk solution. Stir until soft bread texture
  2. Add melon and grated cheese, stir well.
  3. Pour the porridge into a serving bowl. Serve immediately
