Hey! Como les Va? les traigo una muy sencilla receta de un ingrediente que lo uso para comida rápida gourmet, hamburguesas y pepitos, que es la cebolla caramelizada, les da un muy buen gusto a dicha comida con distintas combinaciones de sabores con otros ingredientes y aderezos que se usen para disfrutar de esta ricas comidas.
Ingredientes:
4 Cebollas
250 grs Azucar o Papelon
50 grs Salsa Inglesa
2 pizcas de Sal
1- Picas las cebollas en juliana
2- Cocinas las cebolla en una olla hasta que cristalice
3-Le colocas la azúcar y la salsa inglesa hasta que rebuscan y caramelicen
Listo! asi obtienes tus cebollas caramelizadas este rico ingrediente para que las uses en tus hamburguesas, pepitos y sandwich o con lo que prefieras, son muy buenas y dan un muy buen gusto a este tipo de comidas te las recomiendo, espero les guste. gracias
