Una deliciosa y facil receta hecha con yuca:
Sancocha la yuca en agua salada a tu gusto hasta que esté bien blanda, triturala caliente con un pisa papas, luego forma bolitas y metelas en un molde (previamente engrasado) para hacer cup cakes o ponques, dando la forma de capacillo a la bolita de masa de yuca, luego hornea por espacio de 15 a 20 mins hasta que puedas sacarlas con facilidad del molde y listo ya tienes tus canastas de yuca para rellenar con lo que quieras, yo las relleno con vegetales salteados y a los niños les encanta( cabe destacar que es la única manera en que he podido hacerlos comer yuca)
