What should you do when you're feeling completely overwhelmed?

When your world is turned upside down, whether the world around you or your own personal world, and you have a million things you need to do it can be very overwhelming.

I think everyone's world is at least a little upside down in these crazy times. And this can make things even more difficult.

In times like these it can be a good thing to step back, take a deep breath and think about what one thing you could focus on today or this week that would have a positive impact on your business or your life.

This could be making a daily Linkedin post, emailing your list daily, texting 20, 50 or 100 leads daily, following up with 20 prospects daily, doing three Facebook lives or anything else you choose to focus on.

In your personal life you could decide to do some physical activity you enjoy for 30 minutes daily, do daily meditation or prayer, take 20 minutes daily to yourself by the lake or anything else you choose that is meaningful to you.

When we have a daily list of 100 things to do it can paralyze us. It can help in the long run to slow down for a week. Recharge your batteries and then hit it hard the next week. Sometimes avoiding burnout is the top priority!
