Stir-fried Spicy Sweet Clams | Recipe

Hi everyone today, I will share the recipe for Saute Sweet Spicy Shellfish Sauce, Alternative Version of Stew that does not lose delicious.Go straight to the place if the matter hehe

Prepare the ingredients:

  • 600g virgin scallops, wash thoroughly, boil, take the meat

  • 50g pineapple, cut into pieces

  • 5 cloves of garlic, bruised

  • 2 red chilies, diced, chopped seeds

  • 3 cm ginger, bruised

  • 2 sdm Bango Sweet Soy Sauce

  • 1 sdm soy sauce

  • 5 sdm of oil, for sauteing

  • 200ml of water


The way to make it is quite simple:

  • first Saute garlic, ginger, and chili until fragrant.

  • Second, add clams, Bango Soy Sauce, and Soy Sauce. Stir well.

  • Next Pour water, cook until the sauce thickens then add pineapple. Cook for a moment.

  • And finally serve warm accompanied by white rice.
