Ingredients:
265 g Chickpeas in can
8 EL Native cold-pressed olive oil
1 Piece Garlic toe
4 EL Lemon juice
4 EL Sesame paste (Tahini)
Spices: Salt, Pepper powder (noble sweet), Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Firstly add the chickpeas into the blender and chop stirly ready. Then add the peeled and cutted garlic toe and chop again. Now give the sesame paste with the lemon juice and blend all clearly with the blender. Concluding the dough mass into a big bowl and add salt, pepper powder (noble sweet) and the cayenne pepper.
